Yang Shukang, male, Han nationality, was born in 1955 and graduated from Northwest Industry University. Professor Yang has held leading Party positions at the University, and he has served as vice chairman of the Research Association of National Universities' Party Schools since 2001. He has also served as a consulate to the Chinese Consulate General in New York.
