Chen Bangzhu, male, Han nationality, is a native of Xianyang, Shanxi province. He was born in 1945, and joined the CPC in November 1964. Chen graduated from the Department of Astronomic and Geodetic Surveying of the PLA's College of Surveying and Mapping in 1968. Chen served as a member of the CPC Committee of the First Geodetic Surveying and Mapping Brigade of the State Bureau of Surveying and Mapping until 1978. Subsequently, he was transferred to the Surveying and Mapping Bureau of Shanxi province, where he served as director of the organization department.Recent Career Data
