Xu Luping, female, Han nationality, is a native of Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province. She was born in 1956, entered the work force in 1975, and joined the CPC in 1986. From 1978 to 1982, she studied at Beijing 2nd Foreign Language Institute (currently Beijing International Studies University) and received her Bachelor Degree in English in 1982. From Jan 2014 to August 2014, she was Assistant Director, CPC, Central Committee, International Liaison Department. Since August 2014, she is Deputy Director, CPC, Central Committee, International Liaison Department.
