Jin Shuoren, male, Korean Nationality, is a native of Wangqing County, Jilin Province. He was born in 1954 and graduated from Jilin University. Jin holds a Doctorate Degree in Economics. Currently, he is a Member of the 11th NPC Standing Committee, a Member of the 11th NPC Nationalities Committee, and Chairman of the NPC Prefectural Committee of Korean Autonomous Prefecture of Yanbian, Jilin Province.
