Biography
Chen Yuning, male, Han nationality, is a native of Qingxu, Shanxi province. He was born in 1945, and graduated from the history department of Beijing University. He is the vice-president of the CPPCC of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. He was appointed president of Ningxia University in 2001. He receives the special subsidy from the State Council.
He has focused his research on the history of northern minorities, and theories of national history. His main works include "The History Record of Ningxia", "A Collection of Northern National Historical Works", and "A Collection of Historical Works of Er Dosi."
