Biography
Zhuang Gonghui, male, Han nationality, is a native of Jiangsu Province. He was born in 1937 and graduated from Tianjin University.
Zhuang spent most of his career in higher education. He held the positions of lecturer, professor dean and president of Tianjin University. In 1993, he became Vice-Mayor of Tianjin.
Zhuang was a member of the 8th CPPCC National Committee and a standing committee member of the 9th CPPCC National Committee.
