Biography
Zhao Xiaoping, male, Han nationality, is a native of Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province. He was born in 1954, entered the work force in 1971, and joined the CPC in 1980. He graduated from Liaoning Finance and Economics College (North East China University of Finance and Economics) and Law Department of Beijing University. From 2008 to 2009, he was Vice Director of National Energy Administration. Since 2009, he is Vice-Chairman, People’s Government, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.
