Biography
Zhao Shengxuan, male, Han nationality, is a native of Shanxian County, Shandong Province. He was born in 1953, and graduated from Renmin University of China. He served as Deputy Director of Investigation and Research Center, General Office of CPC Organs Under Central Committee. He was Deputy Director of General Office of CPC Organs Under Central Committee and a Member of the 11th NPC Standing Committee.
In 2013 he became Vice-President of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.
