Biography
Zhang Shengmin, male, Han nationality, is a native of Shaanxi Province. He was born in 1958. In 2016 he served as Political Commissar of CPC Central Military Committee Logistics Supply Department. In Feb. 2017, he became Secretary of CPC Central Military Committee Discipline and Inspection Committee and In October of that year he was named Deputy Secretary of 19th CPC Central Committee Discipline and Inspection Committee. He is a member of the 19th CPC Central Committee and a member of the 19th Central Military Commission of the PRC. He is also a member of the 19th CPC Central Military Commission.
