Biography
Zhang Jinan, male, Han nationality, is a native of Jiexi County, Guangxi Province. He was born in 1957, entered the work force in 1974, joined the CPC in 1978, and graduated from Wuhan Institute of Water Transport Engineering with a Bachelor Degree in 1982. From 2007 to 2013, he was Deputy Director of the CPC Central Committee Organization Department. From April 2013 to March 2018 he was Director of General office for CPC Central Committee, Organization Department. He is a member of the 19th CPC Central Committee and in 2018 he became Minister of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.
