Biography
Zhang Fenglou, male, Han nationality, is a native of Hebei Province. He was born in 1940, joined the CPC in 1964, and graduated from the Department of Political Science and Law of the Beijing College of Political Science and Law. Zhang has spent his career at the Ministry of Public Health, where he has been a member of the leading Party group since 1993.
