Yao Lin, male, Han nationality, is a native of Heyang County, Shanxi province. He was born in 1959, and joined the CPC in 1983. He was elected as vice-mayor of Xining City of Qinghai province in 2005, and he also serves as a member of the standing committee of the Xining Municipal CPC Committee.
