Yang Xiaochao, male, Han nationality, is a native of Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province. He was born in 1958, entered the work force in 1977, joined the CPC in 1990, and graduated from Beijing Politics College with a Bachelor Degree in 1982. From 2008 to 2013, he was Director of Finance Affairs Bureau of Beijing Municipality. Since 2013, he is Vice-Mayor, People's Government, Beijing Municipality.
