Yang Jie, male, Han nationality, is a native of Shanxi province. He was born in 1962, graduated from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, and obtained a master's degree of telecommunications and information management at the Norwegian School of Management. He is executive director and executive vice-president of China Telecom Corporation Limited. Yang is a senior engineer at the professorial level with 21 years of experience in handling issues relating to the operation and management of the telecommunications industry in China.
