Yang Jiayi, male, Han nationality, is a native of Pingyao, Shanxi province. He was born in 1958, and received a master's degree in economics. He is an associate professor and registered accountant.
At the beginning of his career, Yang was employed by the Construction Commission of Yuci City in Shanxi province. In 2003 he was promoted as general accountant of the China Energy Conservation Investment Corporation.
