Biography

Yang Guanghong, male, Han nationality, is a native of Hanyang, Hubei province. He was born in 1943, joined the CPC in 1966, and graduated from the Chinese literature department of Wuhan University. Yang held leading posts in Heilongjiang province, including deputy secretary of the CPC committee until 1998. He is secretary of the discipline inspection commission of the province.
