Biography
Xin Changxing, male, Han nationality, is a native of Huimin County, Shandong Province. He was born in 1963, entered the work and joined the CPC in 1986. He graduated from Qufu Normal College with a Bachelor Degree in Education in 1983, from Huazhong Normal University with a Master Degree of Economics. From 2008 to 2010, he served as Vice Director of State Bureau of Civil Servants. In October 2010, he was appointed as Vice-Minister of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. In 2014 he became Director of State Administration of Civil Service.
