Biography

Xue Yanzhong, male, Han nationality, is a native of Shanxi province. He was born in 1954, joined the CPC and received a master's degree from the Party school of the CPC Central Committee. He is currently deputy secretary of the Shanxi Provincial CPC Committee and in 2013 is was named Chairman of CPPCC Shanxi Provincial Committee.
