Wu Quanxu, male, Han nationality, is a native of Changshu, Jiangsu province. He was born in 1939, joined the PLA in 1954 and joined the CPC in 1959. He was promoted to the rank of major general in 1988, promoted to the rank of lieutenant general in 1994, and promoted to the rank of general in 2000. Wu graduated from the Shanyang Artillery School.
