Biography
Wu Mingxi, male, Han nationality, is a native of Shenyang. Liaoning Province.
In 1993 Wu served as the deputy secretary-general of the 8th CPPCC National Committee and in 1998 was a member of the standing committee of the 9th CPPCC National Committee. Wu also was involved in the China Zhi Gong Dang (Party for Public Interest) as the vice-chairman and secretary-general of its 11th Central Committee.
Wu Mingxi is the deputy secretary-general of the 9th CPPCC National Committee.
