Wu Kuiguang, male, Han nationality, is a native of Huidong, Guangdong province. He graduated from South China Normal School, became a professor, and joined the China Association for Promoting Democracy in 1984. He joined the CPC in 1987.
Wu is a standing member of the China Association for Promoting Democracy, deputy director of the standing committee of the NPC of Hainan province, and chairman of the provincial committee of the China Association for Promoting Democracy.
