Biography
Wei Liang, male Han nationality, is a native of Gaochun County, Jiangsu Province. He was born in 1953. From 2003 to 2010, he was Major General. In 2009, he was Major General of Armed Police Force. Since 2010, he is Lieutenant General of Armed Police Force. From 2010 to 2012, he was Assistant Director of General Political Department of PLA. From October 2012 to 2016 he was Political Commissar, Guangzhou Military Region, PLA. He is a Member, 18th CPC Central Committee and in 2016 he was named Political Commissar of the Southern Theater Command.
