Biography
Wang Zongzhang, male, Han nationality, is a native of Yingkou, Liaoning province. He was born in 1943, joined the CPC in 1965, and graduated from Harbin Polytechnical University. He is an engineer. Wang held leading Party posts in Jiamusi, Jixi, and currently Heilongjiang province, where he serves as deputy director of the standing committee of the National People's Congress.
