Biography
Wang Zhongmin, male, Han nationality, is a native of Pucheng County, Shaanxi province. He was born in 1957, joined the CPC in 1985, and graduated from Northwest University. He served as president of Northwest University until 1999, and he was vice-chairman of the National Council for Social Security Fund from 2004 to 2017.
