Wang Zhixue, male, graduated from Northeast Forestry University with a Bachelor Degree in 1982. He was Deputy Secretary General of Ministry of Science and Technology. From 2010 to 2015 he was President of Science and Technology Daily Press and a member of the Leading Party Group of the Ministry of Science and Technology.
