Biography
Wang Yuqing, male, Han nationality, is a native of Suning County, Hebei province. He was born in 1945, graduated from Beijing University, and received a M.A. from Wuhan University in environmental law.
Wang held leading posts with the State Environmental Protection Administration and the Ministry of Urban and Rural Construction and Environmental Protection for over a decade, including director of the planning department and the foreign relations department. In 1998 he was promoted to deputy director-general of the State Environmental Protection Administration.
