Biography
Wang Xinfang, male, Han nationality, is a native of Shijiazhuang City, Hebei province. He was born in 1943, and graduated from the Tianjin Institute of Science and Engineering. He holds the title of senior engineer.
Wang has held leading positions with the Ministry of Petroleum and Chemical Industry, including director of the planning department and the chemical industry department. In the late 1990s he served as vice-minister of the Chemical Industry.
