Wang Weimin, male, Han nationality, is a native of Kuyuan City, Ningxia Autonomous Region. He was born in 1965, entered the work force in 1990. From 2005 to 2011, he was Director of Counselor Affairs Department, Counsellors' Office of the State Council. Since September 2011, he is Deputy Director, Counsellors' Office of the State Council.
