Tu Guangshao, male, was born in 1959 in Hubei Province, Ezhou City. He joined the CPC in 1982 and spent most of his career in working in the financial industry. He is a Vice-Mayor of Shanghai and in 2002 he became Vice-Chairman of the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
