Biography
Tong Baocun, male, Han nationality, is a native of Leting, Hebei Province. He was born in 1933, received limited formal schooling, joined the PLA in 1947 and the CPC in 1948. He was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant General in 1991 and was a member of the 14th CPC Central Committee.
