Biography

Tian Xiusi, male, Han nationality, he was born in 1950 and is a native of Mengzhou, Henan province. He was born in 1950, joined the CPC and PLA in 1968 and currently holds the rank of lieutenant general. For most of his career he has been assigned to either the Lanzhou or Xinjiang Military Regions.

General Tian is a member of the 17th CPC Central Committee and in 2009, he became Political Commissar of the Chendu Military Region.
