Tian Guoli, male, Han nationality, is a native of Hebei Province. He was born in 1960 and graduated from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law with a Bachelor Degree in 1983. From 2010 to 2013, he was Vice Chairman of Board of the Director and General manager of CITIC Limited. From 2013 to 2017 he was the CPC Party Chief and Chairman of Board of the Directors of Bank of China. In 2017 he became Chairman of the Board of the Directors of China Construction Bank and an alternate member of the 19th CPC Central Committee.
