Teng Jiacai, male, Han nationality, is a native of Donggang City, Liaoning Province. He was born in 1964, and graduated from People’s University of China. He was Vice Mayor of Jilin Province Changchun City. From 2012 to 2013 he was Deputy Director of State Administration of Industry and Commerce. In 2013 he became Deputy Director of the China Food and Drug Administration.
