Tan Zhongchi, male, Han nationality, is a native of Liuyang County, Hunan province. He was born in 1949, graduated from university, and joined the CPC in 1977. He is currently serving as mayor of Changsha City. He served as deputy secretary of the Changsha Municipal CPC Committee until 2000.
