Biography
Sun Zaifu, male, Han nationality, is a native of Changsha, Hunan province. He was born in 1946, joined the CPC in 1977 and received a university education. After 1980 Sun held leading positions with the Hunan Provincial People's Congress. He subsequently served as secretary to the CPC committees of Shaoyang city and Taoyuan county, in his native Hunan province.
