Song Lixin, female, Han nationality, is a native of Beijing. She was born in 1967 and graduated from the Renmin University of China. Continuing her studies, she obtained a master's degree in International Economic Law. In 2003, she became the host of the annual meeting of China Mergers and Acquisitions Association. In 1997 she served as editor-in-chief of Talents magazine.
