Biography
Song Keda, male, Han nationality, is a native of Yancheng, Jiangsu Province. He was born in 1928, joined the New Fourth Army in 1944 and the CPC in 1945. He was an alternate member of 13th CPC Central Committee and member of the 14th CPC Central Committee. Song died in Shenyang in 1995.
