Shu Yinbiao, male, Han nationality, is a native of Zhuozhou City, Hebei Province. He was born in 1958, graduated from North China Electric Power University with a Bachelor Degree and entered the work force in 1985. From 2005 to 2013, he was Deputy General Manager of State Grid Corporation of China. Since May 2013, he is General Manager, State Grid Corporation of China.
