Biography
Stan Shih, male, Han nationality, is a native of Changhua, Taiwan. He obtained a master's of science degree in Electrical Engineering Institute from National Chiao Tung University in Taiwan.
Shih spent several years early in his career as a manger of different companies in Taiwan. In 1976, he joined Acer as general manager. He served in that position for closed to 15 years. In 1989, he ascended to the chairmanship of Acer Group. Shih has been recognized worldwide for his talents as a manger and entrepreneur.
