Biography
Qi Jianguo, male, Han Nationality, is a native of Wendeng City, Shandong Province. He was born in 1952, joined the PLA in 1970. He graduated from Nanjing Senior Army School. He went to Vietnam to conduct military operation when he was battalion commander. In 2012 he became Deputy Chief of the PLA General Staff.
