Biography
Mei Yangzheng, male, Han nationality, is a native of Zhengzhou City, Henan Province.He was born in l929, and graduated from the Beijing Institute of Political Science and Law.
Mei has spent his entire career involved in legal practice and legal affairs in Henan Province. He has served as an official in the Revoluntionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang in Henan Province and at the national level, and has also been active in the CPPCC at the provincial and national levels.
