Biography
Ma Junsheng, male, Han Nationality, was born in 1961 and is a native of Ningyang,Shandong Province. He graduated from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications and received an MBA Degree. He is a Professor-Grade Senior Engineer and joined the CPC in 1991. He is now Director and Secretary of Leading Party Members Group of the State Post Bureau and a member of Leading Party Members Group of the Ministry of Transport.
