Lu Zushan, male, Han nationality, is a native of Hangzhou. He was born in 1946, joined the CPC in 1966, graduated from Nanjing Aviation College and entered the work force in 1968, and graduated from the Central Party School. He is a senior engineer. He held leading posts in the Zhejiang provincial government, principally in the machinery department of the enterprise administration division. Lu was an alternate member of the 16th CPC Central Committee. From 2003 to 2011, he was governor of Zhejiang province. He is currently a member of the 17th CPC Central Committee and Vice-Chairman of the Financial and Economic Committee of the NPC.
