Lu Zhipeng, male, Han nationality, is a native of Mengjin County of Henan Province. He was born in 1964, joined the CPC in 1984 and entered the work force in 1987. Lu graduated from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Lu was Secretary of CPC Jianye District Committee of Nanjing City from 2006 to 2010. Lu is now Vice-Mayor of Nanjing City of Jiangsu Province.
