Liu Jingmin, male, Han nationality, is a native of Dingzhou, Hebei province. He started working in 1969, joined the CPC in 1972, and graduated from university. Liu has held leading posts with the CYLC Beijing Municipal Committee, and subsequently served as secretary of the CPC Xuanwu District Committee in Beijing. Liu was a member of the 8th CPC Beijing Municipal Committee.
He is a vice-mayor of Beijing and was in charge of preparing the city for the 2008 Olympic Games.
