Biography
Kong Changsheng, male, Han nationality, is a native of Jingning County, Gansu Province. He was born in 1963, graduated from Northwest University of Politics and Laws with a Bachelor Degree in law in 1985, entered the work force and joined the CPC in 1988. Since 2014, he is Vice-Minister of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. He is an alternate member of the 19th CPC Central Committee.
