Jiang Yang, male, Han nationality, is a native of Luzhou City, Sichuan Province. He was born in 1956 and held a Doctorate Degree in Economics. From 2006 to 2012, he was Assistant Chairman of China Securities Regulatory Commission. Since 2012, he is Vice-Chairman of the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
