Biography
Jiang Xinghe, male, Han nationality, is a native of Tieling, Liaoning province. He was born in 1946, joined the CPC in 1985, and graduated from the Engineering Material Department of the Beijing Aeronautics Institute. He is a senior engineer. In the late 1990's he served as deputy secretary-general of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Regional CPC Committee. In 2002 he became vice-chairman of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Regional CPPCC Committee.
