Biography
Jiang Xiaoyu, male, Han nationality, is a native of Beijing. He was born in 1948, and he has been a government official for the Beijing Municipality for almost 20 years. Jiang has served as Party secretary and director of the Beijing Municipal Culture Bureau as well as Party secretary of Beijing Chaoyang District. He was elected vice-president of the Olympic Games Organizing Committee for the XXIX Olympics in 2001. Jiang was also vice-president of the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games Bidding Committee.
