Jiang Duyun, male, Han nationality, is a native of Yongcheng City, Henan Province. He was born in 1954 and entered the work force in 1973. Since 2003, he is Director of Education Department of Henan Provincial Government. Since Jan. 2011, he is Deputy Director, of Henan Provincial People's Congress Standing Committee.
